We would like to inform you about important information and upcoming deadlines for the relaunch of the new GLOBALG.A.P. IT platform (CertifierOS and Supply Chain Portal).
|
|
Launch and database transition
|
|
Following several months of collaboration, training, and optimization based on stakeholder feedback, we will officially transition all operations to the new IT platform on Monday 3 November 2025.
|
|
The final day to enter data in the GLOBALG.A.P. database will be Friday 31 October. The database will remain available in read-only mode over the weekend to allow retailers to verify certificates without interruption.
From 3 November onwards, all certificate data will be available in Supply Chain Portal only.
|
|
Ongoing certification processes in the database must be completed, and certificates issued, before the deadline of 31 October. Failure to do so will require the recreation of data in CertifierOS. For certification processes where certificates will be issued after 3 November, users can already prepare audits in the CertifierOS production environment.

New feature implementation
|
|
We have developed and implemented a range of new features to support efficient operations in the new platform. These include but are not limited to:
|
| ● | Smart form mass entry for producer groups, reducing duplication in data entry |
| ● | CB audit access for users within the same organization |
| ● | CB-AT connection to CertifierOS, enabling the validation of auditor qualifications |
| ● | All certificate PDF templates | |
|
From 3 November, all active Farm Assurance Products will be available in the IT platform. Additionally, more languages for Farm Assurance Products in the database (English, French, German, Spanish) will be migrated and available in CertifierOS.

We will shortly be announcing a new series of trainings in the lead up to the relaunch date. Our dedicated Customer Support team are also available for questions or concerns at customer_support@agraya.com.
