Audit Online Hub

BETA AOH v4.5.0
New features:

| ● | A new generic audit attribute field has been added to reports generated for the reporting options “Single site certification,” “Multisite without QMS,” “Site of a multisite with QMS,” and “Member of group certification”. This applies to reports based on IFA v6 Smart or IFA v6 GFS for plants (Smart audits (v6)). The new attribute field is the following: |

| ● | A new procedure has been developed to get the right auditor qualification in the audit report for each certification body company if the auditor has multiple registrations in the CB–AT tool (Smart audits (v6)). | |

| ● | The GUID (Globally unique identifier) for each master report is now included in the Excel file when exporting/downloading a list of multireports (Smart audits (v6)). |
| ● | Coop Italia Pesticide Transparency add-on v2 (Smart audits (v6)) |
| ○ | Audit type” and “Audit method” data points are now included in the Coop Italia Pesticide Transparency v2 reports. |
| ● | Stand-alone residue monitoring system (RMS) v6 (Smart audits (v6)) |
| ○ | “Audit type” data points in the stand-alone RMS v6 reports have been updated. |

Configuration changes:

| ● | When the standard of reference has the status Draft, Obsolete, or is no longer available in the system, checklist generation has now been disabled (Legacy audits (v5)). |
| ● | The filter “Module” has been added to “Certification Bodies.” |
| ● | The filter “Status” has been added to the “Multireport” view (Smart audits (v6)). |
| ● | The filters “Status” and “Owner” have been added to the “Checklist” view module (Legacy audits (v5)). |
| ● | The visibility of geo-coordinates in the PDF audit report is now limited to six decimal places. This update applies to both versions Smart audits and Legacy audits. |
| ● | Inputting the sampling information (members/sites) for group certification and multisite with QMS audits is now mandatory (Smart audits (v6)). |
| ● | Farm Sustainability Assessment (FSA) 3.0 (Smart audits (v6)) |
| ○ | Flowers and ornamentals products are now excluded from FSA 3.0 audits. |
| ● | Turkish has been added as a supported language of the platform. |
| ● | For any add-ons with a positive evaluation if IFA v6 ends in a negative decision, validity dates can now be entered manually. It is important to mention that when the base standard gets a negative decision, the report will be closed as non-compliant (Smart audits (v6)). |
| ● | Sampling registration (members/sites) for group certification and multisite with QMS audits has now been limited to integer data types (Smart audits (v6)). |
| ● | A default value filter has been set up to support navigation through the “Audit view list” module. |
| ○ | To facilitate the audit search, from now on the system will establish the “Date start” filter one year before the current date by default. If the “Date start” filter is left blank, the search results will be adjusted automatically. |
| ■ | Note that if no filter is selected at all, the system will show the complete history of audit reports for your company. However, please be advised that this process might take some time depending on the number of reports recorded on the platform. The “Date start” filter determines when the audit was conducted on the farm. |
| ■ | Note that this update is already available in LIVE AOH v4.4.5. |
| ● | A new parameter has been integrated in the API solution to specify product categories. Note that the new parameter is mandatory when running the “Audit/SaveControlPointValues” method and the payload contains duplicated principles and criteria. For more information, please check BETA AOH API documentation (Smart audits (v6)). | |

| ● | Issues with the sorting of the module list for a combined checklist have been solved (Legacy audits). |
| ● | Issues with emailing the multireport have been solved. |

| ● | Issues with the v6 Excel template while integrating wrong values for the “Travel mode” section have been solved. |
